How this website handles professional enquiry information and visitor choices.

Information the form checks
The contact form asks for business and professional details such as name, professional email, organisation, market, specialty, objective, budget context and message. These fields are sent to the website server for validation and spam screening, but the website does not store them as a lead or use them to send a response. Do not provide medical records, diagnoses, patient names or other sensitive health information.
Limited operational logs
After a successful validation, the server creates a reference and may log the timestamp, organisation, market and marketing objective for operational and abuse-monitoring purposes. It does not log the name, email, phone number or free-form message. Hosting logs should be retained only for the period needed for security and operations.
Continuing to Calendly
After validation, your browser can prepare the supplied Calendly booking link with your name and professional email. That information is sent to Calendly only if you choose the Continue to Calendly link. Calendly then handles the booking under its own privacy and cookie practices.
Consent and choices
You can choose essential-only cookies or accept optional analytics. Analytics placeholders are not activated until consent and account configuration are both present. Form consent covers validation of the professional details and does not create an email subscription.
Retention and access
The website does not retain the complete form submission as a contact record. Limited operational logs and any information submitted separately to Calendly are subject to their respective retention and access processes.
Contact
For a real professional or privacy enquiry, continue to the supplied Calendly booking page. Do not include patient or clinical information in the form or booking notes.
